Project Overview.

ETM are appointed to a 3 year contract to manage all the waste produced by the stadium and the clubs throughout the year, including match days, events and concerts.

The stadium have a goal to be a zero waste to landfill facility by 2020 and we work closely with the team to achieve this. on site we have separate food bins, glass bins, cardboard, green waste and DMR. We also manage the secure shredding on site.

Challenges

Match days – work out of hours to clear after matches when 2 over a weekend, we have to clear after each match to make sure ready for the next set of fans.

During the summer concerts we cleared the concourses during the performances ready for crowds leaving and making sure the site clear.

Signage and designs throughout the stadium to encourage fans to help keep waste segregated.
